Persia and I was about to be the baddest chicks walking in that club tonight. I wore my hair bone straight with a part in the middle and walked up to the full-length mirror and checked myself out. As soon as I put the finishing touches of makeup on my face, which was just eyeliner and pink Mac lip-gloss, I would be ready to go. Persia joined me seconds later, we smiled giving each other approval.

“Bri, let’s take a picture for Instagram real quick, we’re looking too pretty right now. I hope Ivan’s bitch ass sees this shit so he can get a good look at what he missing.” I pulled out my phone and took a picture.

I knew for a fact we were about to steal the show. After we looked ourselves over one more time, we headed out.

  PERSIA

We arrived at Club 101 at 11:00, which was okay with me because I didn’t have class nor did I have to work tomorrow. This club was live and to say it was packed was an understatement. The line wrapped around several buildings and even interfered with other club lines and traffic. There is no way Briana and I were going to stand our asses outside this damn long line. It was a good thing that the bouncer had a crush on me.

With the way my bestie and I were dressed, I was positive that he was going to let us in. As we walked up to the entrance, we received cold looks and eyes rolled at us, but do you think we gave a fuck? We were getting in that club either way.

“Hey Shawn, you’re looking fine tonight,” I lied.

Briana nudged me and giggled. Shawn had to be 400 pounds and was ugly ass hell.

In order for you to get your way with him, all you had to do was give him a compliment because he rarely got any. He licked his lips and eyed Briana and I lustfully. “MMMMMM, you ladies are looking damn good tonight...yeah...yeah,” he said rubbing his hands together. "The things I would do to…”

I had to cut him off before I threw up. “Listen Shawn, we’re trying to get into the club, can you help us out?” I said pouting my lips.

Bri joined in, making him grin.

“Yes baby anything for you, go ‘head and go in there,” he said while opening the door. Briana squeezed my hand with excitement. As we walked in, Shawn stared at our asses and whistled. I rolled my eyes, if Shawn thought that he was ever going to taste a piece of this, he had the game fucked up. As soon as we stepped in, our mouths dropped.

This club was everything; the bar was completely made of ice, dancers swung from the ceiling while performing acrobatic tricks and the dance floor looked like a huge lava lamp. Every two minutes, the floor would change colors beneath your feet and everything you touched glowed; the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and having a good time. It wasn’t ghetto like the other Chicago clubs were. Whoever owned this club paid big money and took their precious time making this shit, I thought.

“Persia, this club is everything, it’s so beautiful,” Briana squealed.

“Girl who are you telling, I’ve never seen anything like this before,” I stated honestly.

We stood there for about three minutes taking in the scene. I looked over at the bar area and the bartender was staring us down, I mean literally eye fucking us. I nudged Briana trying to get her attention. “Briana look at that bartender,” I pointed in his direction and she busted out laughing.

“Well, let’s give him something to look at shall we,” she stated while winking. We sashayed over to the bar area. It seemed like all the men were over here because there were so many trying to catch our attention.

“How may I help you ladies tonight?” the sexy bartender said while eyeing us.

“I’ll have an Amaretto Sour please and a water for my friend Bri.” The thing about Briana was she never drank except for when we were in the comfort of our own home. Plus she wasn’t twenty-one. She always had to be aware of our surroundings. I didn’t drink either but I knew an Amaretto Sour wasn’t too strong. I wanted to loosen up a bit. I was somewhat nervous because I was afraid that Ivan or one of his homeboys would be here. I didn’t want to be dragged out of a club like this.

“Thanks bitch, you know your girl,” Bri said. As soon as the bartender handed us our drinks, I was about to down it but Bri interrupted me. “To new beginnings and to the end of fuck niggas and men that aren’t worth your time or mine.” Our glasses clinked and we were ready to party.

As the ladies sat at the bar and mingled with a couple of men, they had no idea that they were being watched; hell, all eyes were on them literally. Wolf and Tone along with their entourage, stared at the ladies from their offices. On the outside, it appeared to be a regular mirror but it was a window for Wolf. He had it installed so that he could look at everyone who came in and out of his establishment. Being as powerful as he was, you had to keep your eyes open. No fuck-ups were to take place in this club.

“Damn,” was all he managed to whisper as he took Briana in. She was beautiful to him. When she smiled, her deep dimples graced her face.

“Damn boss, they’re bad as fuck,” Pig hollered from the back. All of the men agreed and continued to stare. Wolf peered at his brother and he was staring at the friend. He looked back down at the two and Briana’s eyes darted to what she thought was a mirror. She didn’t know that there was a group of men on the other side staring at them but something told her to look at that mirror.

“They look like good girls, they ain't ready for niggas like y'all,” their cousin, Turk yelled from the back.

Wolf agreed but something like that, you couldn’t just let get way without trying. When Wolf and Tone pursued something, they didn’t stop ‘til it was theirs. That’s why their business was so successful. Have you ever met a man so powerful and captivating that when he spoke, you couldn’t and your palms began to sweat just at the sight of him? When he breathed, you stopped, how could you control yourself around two men that literally ran the world? They could control your income or how you lived with the snap of their fingers. Wolf and Tone were two of the most feared men walking. They were two years apart; Wolf, thirty-three and Tone, thirty-one and they ran the biggest drug cartel in North America.

Congressmen, lawyers, judges, police officers and etc. were under their command. When you spoke either of their names chills ran down your spine. To be affiliated with such powerful men was an honor on the streets. Whether you were a lil nigga at the bottom of the totem pole selling reggie on a corner or if you were one of the experienced workers selling raw uncut cocaine, just to be in their presence made you feel like you made it. Most people said fuck the president; it was Wolf and Tone who were the ones that really ran shit. Bitches flocked to them and niggas wanted to be them. They were them niggas: thugs, businessmen, humanitarians, moguls all in one. How could you beat that? A simple answer to that question would be; you couldn’t.

  ADONIS AKA WOLF

“Damn bruh, how long are you nigga’s gone watch them girls? Adonis you’re straight stalking that broad.”

“Mike, shut the fuck up and mind ya fuckin’ business,” I yelled.

I was eyeing the fuck out of this chocolate girl with a skintight nude dress on. Her and her friend didn’t belong in a club. I could tell from the way that they looked around when they first came in that, they weren’t the average party every night type bitches; nah, they were different. The chocolate one had my full attention; I spotted her

as soon as they walked in. I was sitting in my office looking down at everybody paying attention to who came and left my establishment. Yeah, I owned this mothafucka.

Nobody could see me looking at them, but I could see everyone; to them it just looked like another mirror. Once somebody was lucky enough to get my fucking attention it was a wrap, I had to have em at that moment. All I did was fuck hoes and leave ‘em. Bitches never got to fuck with me twice unless they were lucky. Either the head had to be lethal or the pussy had to be out of this world for me to pay you a second visit. A bitch ain’t ever get my heart because I was cold. I didn’t feel, nah let me rephrase that shit, I couldn’t feel.r />
I was one of most ruthless niggas in this drug game. Mothafuckas in the street called me Wolf. That’s the name my pops gave me and it stuck. My brother Ramses and I ran the biggest drug cartel in the United States.

Yeah mothafucka, I said United States. Usually cartels were in foreign countries, but my brother and I set up shop in North America. Every drug dealer you could think about came to us. You would think working with mothafuckas in all fifty states caused problems but niggas knew they couldn’t fuck with my brother or me; it was impossible.

We were the niggas that didn’t have to get our hands dirty but did for the fun of it because it gave us a rush. It caused me great happiness to slit a nigga’s throat if he lied or fucked me over, there was nothing like it. I can’t even tell you how many niggas and families I had to body just to get the message across that my brother and I ain’t to be fucked with.

Our names alone put fear in a mothafucka. They were that terrified and that’s how we preferred it to be.

My brother was too busy eyeing ole’ girl’s next to the girl I was eyeing. I ain’t even gone lie, she was bad too, but I had a thing for chocolate.

“I’m going down there, I’m gettin that number tonight nigga,” Ramses said.

Without hesitation, we both got up and was about to head down stairs to talk to those shorties.

“Damn those bitches must be angels if y’all going down there from the office to pursue ‘em,” Turk hollered.

I ain’t even say shit, cause I didn’t know what I was doing, but something like that I just couldn’t pass up.

  BRIANA

  You got niggas....

  and I got bitches...

  You got niggas...

  and I got bitches....

  You got niggas...

But I want you... I want you.

“Partynextdoor” by Recognize was blasting through the speakers. I was feeling myself and swaying my hips while grinding to the beat. I think Persia was a little tipsy because she had three Amaretto Sours. I let her because I figured she needed it and I was aware of everything.

We were dancing with each other and everybody in the club was vibing. As soon as I turned around, I saw the sexiest men standing in the middle of the dance floor staring right at us. Persia didn’t see them so I had to shake her so that she could be alert because these men had no expressions on their faces and looked dangerous.

They were both in suit pants with collared shirts. Their sleeves were rolled up, revealing all their arm tattoos. They had gotten closer and Persia squeezed my hand.

“Bitch, what did you do for their scary looking asses to be staring at us like that?” she slurred.

“I didn’t do anything,” I responded. I just stared into his eyes as he stared into mine.

He was captivating but had this tough exterior. I also wondered why they were in suits but I guess I was about to find out because they were right in front of us. They stood so close to us that I immediately got uncomfortable. Their aura just screamed cocky and the smirks on the faces had me thinking that they thought they were the shit.

“My name is Adonis and this is my brother Ramses, we just wanted to say that you ladies look stunning tonight.”

The one that introduced himself as Adonis had the sexiest, raspiest, and deepest voice ever. They both screamed thug mixed with a lot of trouble but they were in suits. Maybe they had court today, I don’t know, but it was sexy as hell.

“Thank you, that’s sweet,” I said with no emotion. I had to act like I wasn’t fazed because Adonis looked me dead in the eyes. It was so intense that I had to look down. He had to be about 6'4, I could only see the tattoos on his arms but I could tell that he had more. He had to be covered with them. He was brown skinned with dark piercing eyes; he had a single teardrop on the right side of his eye. He had a nice Caesar cut that formed into five o'clock shadow and was neatly shaped up. He's probably growing a beard, she thought as both of their eyes locked. It seemed as if they stared at each other for hours.

Her eyes traveled from his face to his athletic physique. This man is everything, she thought as she looked from Adonis to his brother. Ramses looked like him but was just darker with a goatee; everything about them screamed dangerous. Their eyes were cold and held no emotion, that’s probably why his stare was so intense.

“I don’t know about y’all but I’m going to get another drink,” Persia said walking away. Ramses followed, eyeing her lustfully. I looked back up at Adonis and he was still staring at me; he towered over me with no emotion on his face.

“If you take a picture, it will last longer you know,” I said being sarcastic with a hint of attitude in my voice.

He grinned, “I’ve been thinking about it, pose for me,” he said bringing out his iPhone. “No, I was playing Mr. Adonis, I don’t know you so no, I don’t want my picture in your phone,” I said while walking away.

He quickly grabbed my arm and got in my personal space again. He stood over me and bent down to whisper in my ear. “Don’t walk away from me, that’s very disrespectful ma,” he said while eyeing me.

I was stuck, I couldn’t even say anything because this man was bold as hell. He walked me over to a corner that wasn’t occupied by anyone and trapped me against the wall. Who did he think he was? “Do I need to call the owner of this club or security so that you can leave me alone? I’m not interested,” I said.

He chuckled and put one hand on the wall while looking down at me. “I’m the owner of this club, all these mothafuckas that you see in black work for me. If I say jump, they jump or ask how high; they’re under my command. Now, you’re being rude because you didn’t tell me your name,” he said as he licked his lips so seductively that my kitty got wet in an instant.

“I’m...I’m...Bri, look, I don’t know you, I have to go check on my best friend, okay Adonis? Plus, I’m not interested and you look like a thug.”

He cocked his head to the side and grinned, “She’s in good hands, y’all just got here. You may not be interested in me but I’m interested in you.

You can play hard to get but on some real shit, I know that I’m taking you out sooner or later, don’t play with me ma.”

I stared at him and couldn’t even get a word out.

“So what’s your name huh?” he said while stepping closer.

We were nose to nose at that point. “Mmmm, you smell lovely, you're so beautiful.”

I looked down because I just couldn’t look into his eyes or I would melt. His presence was so demanding; his boldness and the way he talked to me took me for a loop and I didn’t respond. I looked around the club ignoring him to see if I could find Persia.

He chuckled, “I like you, you're feisty. It ain’t shit that I can’t fix ma.”

“What makes you so sure that I’m going to even talk to you?” I asked.

“Well, when I see something I like, I get it, no matter how many times you try to run and hide. I’m going to get you and you're going to be mine.”

As soon as he was about to say something else, drama started between two women. “Listen ma, I’ll be right back. Don’t leave, understand?”

I shook my head yes and watched him walk away. He walked calmly like the drama didn’t faze him. His walk was so cocky and screamed, I’m that nigga. As soon as he got to where the drama was people saw him and their smiles quickly faded. Ramses met up with him and that was my queue to get the hell out of dodge.

I saw Persia at the bar watching Ramses and as soon as I got to her she started babbling at the mouth.

“Bestie, they are so fine aren’t they? Ramses told me that the one you were talking to owns this club; they own a few other businesses too. He wants to take me out, so we are going on a date tomorrow,” she slurred.

“Persia you just met him, he could be a killer or something.”

“Girl, I’ll do anything just to get over Ivan. He doesn’t seem like a killer so I’m going and you're not stopping me.”

  While Briana and Persia
were talking, Alicia started ear hustling, She was the cities number one gossiper. She knew that if Kenya saw what she was witnessing, it would break her heart. Kenya had the pleasure of being blessed by Adonis one time, after he gave her the dick; she literally went crazy because he didn’t hit her up afterwards. She wanted Adonis but the feelings weren’t mutual. Alicia knew that Kenya was going to get her nails done at “Sasha's Hair Parlor” tomorrow. She couldn’t wait to throw in her face the fact that Adonis had actually pursued a woman and had her up against the wall. By the way, he looked at Briana, she knew that he had to be feeling her. Briana was a lucky girl; she just hoped that she could handle a man of his caliber. She decided to speak to the two to put them up on game, “Hi, my name is Alicia,” she said extending her hand.

Briana and Persia looked at her hand and back up at her.

“Listen, I know you ladies don’t know me and I don’t know you but I saw how Wolf and Tone pursued you two, I’ve never seen that in my life. Hoes flock to them; they never greet hoes. But you two are gorgeous so I can see why,” she stated while taking them in. They were even prettier up close.

“Listen, you girls look like good girls, them niggas are beyond dangerous. They run a mean drug game, they ain’t to be fucked; they're feared. You saw everybody move and stop smiling when Wolf showed up? That’s one that you don’t want to fuck with, Tone is more calm,” she pointed to both of them.

“You mean Adonis and Ramses?” Persia said while raising a brow.

She gasped, “They gave you their real names? Yeah, you might as well put a stamp on both of your heads saying you belong to them because them niggas don’t give out their names to anyone.”

  BRIANA

At that point, my ass was nervous and ready to go. Adonis and Ramses had gotten the crowd under control and I saw Adonis just staring at me from across the room talking to a security guard. It was as if the club was empty and it was only the two of us on the floor. A slight smile formed across my face; I didn’t mean to smile but how could I not.
